Job Details
Aldergrove Return-It Depot is looking for a full time Bottle Depot Warehouse Manager.

Location: 27482 Fraser hwy, Aldergrove, BC V4W 3N5

Working hours : 30~40 hours per week, may have to work overtime if needed

Wage : $31.25~$32.50 per hour (based on experience)

Job type : Full-time, Permanent

Benefit: 4% of vacation pay (depending on previous experience and training, salaries may vary)

Job Description

Responsibilities include

-Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
-Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance
-Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
-Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
-Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
-Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees
-Maintains physical condition of warehouse by inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement


Qualifications/Summary of Experience

-Minimum 3~5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operation

-Completion of secondary school is required. Degree in business administration or in a discipline related to facility operation and maintenance or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience in administration or maintenance is an asset.
