Car Zone Motors Ltd. Located at 12872 King George BLVD is looking for permanent and full time Retail Sales Managers to join their team as soon as possible.

Job type: Permanent/Full-Time
Salary: $31.52/Hour
Duties:
• Conduct Interview, hire, train and coordinate sales staff.
• Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints and problems associated with supply shortages.
• Able to formulate and implement marketing strategies, price, and credit policies.
• Determine staffing requirements along with merchandise and services to be sold
• Must be able to Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Manage staff and assign them duties
• Able to Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
• Able to do in depth Study of market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and effect of competitor’s operations on sales
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• A university degree or college diploma in business administration or business management is an asset.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail is required.
