Green Gables Beach Resort is a well- established motel in the heart of Osoyoos. Currently, we are looking for two cooks who are efficient and interested in teamwork to add to our team.

Job Description

Main Duties:

• Prepare and cook all kinds of meals  or individual dishes and foods,
• Clean the kitchen as per the cleaning schedule and restock work areas and ensure proper stock rotation,
• Assist in training kitchen staff,
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers,
• Assists with special event menus,
• Create and maintain inventory of food ,supplies and equipment ,
• Weekly and monthly reporting to managers,
• plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies;

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-2 years of related work experience will be required. 
•  Completion of secondary school is required
