Qualifications: 

- Ability to communicate orally in English is required

Job Description

Job duties: 

- Prepare ingredients and cook ramen and udon noodle dishes;

- Prepare and cook a la carte menu such as Takoyaki, Agegyoza and Karaage; 

- Requisition food and kitchen supplies;

- Instruct and train staff in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food, as well as handling of food;

- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances upon request;

- Plan and create new menus;

- Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
