Oakroom Grill and Food Ltd, located at #104-1023 Central Street West, Prince George, BC, V2M 3C9, is looking for a Food service Supervisor to join the company as soon as possible.
Position Available: 01
Salary: $15.00/hour
Benefits: Relocation Cost covered by the employer.
1) Able to supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff .
2) Take acre of estimation and order ingredients and supplies
3) Ensure quality control along with food servicel
4) Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
5) Establish work schedules and handle Preparation and submission of reports
6) Prepare food order summaries for chef
7) Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
8) Supervise and check assembly of trays and check delivery of food trolleys
Job Requirements:
1) Completion of secondary school is an asset.
2) Completion of college program in food service or related discipline is an asset.
3) 01 to 02 years of experience in food preparation or service is required.
