Airway Foods & Postal Outlet is looking to hire a customer service clerks supervisor to help the company grow. Only one vacancy, position is permanent and full time.
Language requirement: English
Education requirement: college graduation
Work experience requirement: at least one year of relevant work experience
Salary: $23.50/hour with 35 hours of working time per week. 1.5x pay will be paid if working more than 44 hours per week.

A customer service clerks supervisor will perform below duties:
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work;
- Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports;
- Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work;
- Identify training needs and train workers in job duties and company policies;
- Answer inquiries and provide information to customers;
- Arrange for refunds and credits for online clients;
