We are looking for a full-time Office Administrator for our office. Interested candidate should be reliable, flexible, organized and should have Effective interpersonal skills and excellent oral & written communication.
Hours - 30 to 40 hours/week
Travel expenses will be paid by the employer.

Job Description
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
