Subway Sandwiches & Salads located at 1162 Alberni St, Vancouver, BC V6E 1A5, Canada, is currently looking for two (2) permanent, full time FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISORs qualified. If you are interested, please submit your resume by e-mail.

- Position: FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISOR
- Vacancy: Two (2)
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Working hours: 30-40 hours per week
- Compensation: $17.00~18.00 per hour
- Benefit: 4% of Vacation Pay / Employee free meals at work & Tips

Job Duties
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff engaged in serving food and beverage and food counter attendants / food preparers
- Ensure food and customer service meet quality and resolve customer complaints
- Ensure that standards for finished product quality, service and speed, quality and cleanliness are met
- Hire food service staff and coordinate, train work of staff
- Control labour hours and complete assigned shift paperwork, reports
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Estimate, order supplies when needed and prepare budget/cost estimates, reports
- Assign work schedules and evaluate work performance of staff engaged in food service
- Ability to work shifts (morning, day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays)
- May establish work procedures for food service staff and assist in development of policies

Requirements
- Completion of Secondary School
- Min. 1-2 years of work experience in food preparation are required (or) completion of a college program in food service sector or in hotel/restaurant management required
