Hours: Permanent, full time, 40 hours per week (with over time if required)

Job requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Minimum three years of related experience
Ability to communicate well in English;
Excellent interpersonal skills; and
Knowledge of the following programs: Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Business intelligence, Networking software, Internet,….

Job Description

- Coordinate with the technical team to work with customers in order to understand and identify customer’s IT requirements and needs, then implement solutions to our new and existing customers.

-Provide objectives for new projects and support customers for all concerns and solutions.

-Provide adequate suggestions on strategic planning and operational efficiency to customers.

-Cooperate with technical team to provide prompt assistance with technical issues for all of our current projects.

-Make an assessment for quality assurance practices, software products and information systems for all of our projects by conducting weekly reviews.

-Deliver improvement suggestions on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery for new and existing projects.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle to maximize the efficiency, effectiveness and overall quality of our company’s software products and information systems.
