Continually growing and expanding, we are now looking for an exceptional Office Administration assistant to support the company in completing office and finance administrative tasks.

Salary: $22-25 per hour

Job duties:
• Perform reception responsibilities for walk-in customers and business partners
• Respond to general incoming calls, mails and emails, direct communications to the appropriate team members timely
• Manage group calendar, scheduled appointments and file notice before meetings
• Log time sheets, vacation requests for team members
• Organize and manage company’s paper documents and electronic files
• Perform duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning or faxing
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Support AP and AR responsibilities for finance department
• Train office staff in use of current software
• Generate and maintain various reports for Sales, Finance and other departments
• Support ongoing process improvement initiatives
• Adhoc administrative support and other assigned duties for the whole team as required in daily operations
Job requirements:
• Education: Completion of post secondary in administration or a combination of education and experiences
• At least 3 years of clerical experiences
• Language: English
• Embracing E-commerce mindset and new technologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Well organized and detail-oriented
• Solid experience working with MS office including Excel, Outlook, and Word and Google G-Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively and support cross-function team members
