Prepare special orders; Inspect kitchen and food service areas; Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards; Draw up production schedules; Bake mixed dough and batters; Operate machinery

To prepare all types of Indian Sweets like Burfi, Rasgulla, Gulab Jaman,  Jalebi, Amriti, Laddu, Gajrella, Rasmalai,  Patisa, Chum Chum, Badana, Shaina Murgi, Petha,  Shakar Pare, Kalakand etc. to be used daily in dinner and Buffet.

Prepare in Bulk all sweets at the time of Indian Festivals
