Job Description
What does a specialized factory cleaner do?

Clean and sanitize the plant nightly for the food security of the meat;
Work with industrial cleaning chemicals and sanitizers to clean all the machines that were used for the production;
Disassemble certain parts of the machines to clean them up and reassemble them afterward;
Clean all the trash cans of the plant;
Work hard in a team to ensure that the plant will be delivered on time.

Schedules
Monday to Friday from midnight to 7h AM, part and full time (Minimum 30 hours per week)
Part-time weekend: 20 hours including Friday 12 AM to 7 AM, 12 AM to 7 AM on Saturday, and 12 AM-6 AM on Sunday
full-time weekend: 36 hours including Friday 8 PM to 8 AM, 8 PM to 8 AM on Saturday, and 7 PM to 7 AM on Sunday

We are looking for:
Prior food plant sanitation and/or janitorial experience is an asset. Other helpful backgrounds include pressure washers, painters, roofers, and construction workers;
Ability to work in a moderate to a cold environment (4-6 degrees celsius);
Ability to work in a routine focused environment and complete labour intensive work;
Being comfortable with a night job;
Being a team player;
Being able to talk English and/or french**
No diploma or training is required for this position - training is given on-site by the foreman **
