Job Description:
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Establish work schedule
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Supervise and check assembly of trays
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Hire food service staff
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Assist the workers under supervision if needed

Job Description

Requirements:
-Education: Completion of secondary education is required
-Experience: At least 2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
-Knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres is a strong asset
-Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Fast-paced environment
-Personal Suitability: Judgment, Organized, Effective interpersonal skills, Flexibility, Team player
-Ability to supervise 3 people
-Language: English is required

Salary: $16.65 to $17.00 per hour 30-40 hours per week.

Benefits: We provide uniforms and lunch. Online Subway courses in food preparation. Transportation costs covered if workers need to relocate.

Important information: Flexibility on schedule is required. Shifts from Monday to Sunday. Shifts between 5:30 am and 10:30 pm. Work during holidays will be required. The shifts may vary according to the business needs and extra hours may be required.
