Job Description

Diandi Consulting is a leading company in Canada Education Industry which focus
on proving services to International Students including applying to schools in Canada, preparing
paperwork and visa services. We are looking for a Customer Accounts Supervisor to join us in the Canadian education.

The main duties include:
1. Co-ordinate, assign and review work
2. Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
3. Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
4. Maintain high quality customer service and respond clients’ request quickly
5. Recruit and training new client services

Requirement:
1. We hope you can work under pressure and have advanced time management skills.
2. College diploma is required
3. 1-2 yrs relevant experience
4. Good command of English
5. Team player and good time management skills
6. Mandarin is an asset
