Job Description
Job Duties:
-Proofread marketing materials and organizational reports.
-Check motel mail box and emails as a daily routine, and distribute accordingly.
-Maintain appointment calendar for the management and keeps him/her informed of scheduled commitments.
-Order and maintain office supplies and equipment. Maintains files and equipment in an orderly and professional manner.
-Answers incoming calls and checks & replys voicemail.
-Work with paper documents, electronic files, or a mixture of both, and to keep them organized and accessible.
-Having clear, well-documented office policies and procedures, such as organizational mission and structure, administrative procedures, workplace health and safety, etc.
-Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
-Complete daily administrative tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:
-Positive attitude
-Problem solving skills
-Experience with MS Office applications and Outlook required.
-Completion of a college diploma in business or related filed is required.
-2-3 years of working experience is required.
