This role will suit an enthusiastic marketing professional with the ability to hit the ground running and excel in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. You should also have a sound understanding and proven experience in delivering highly engaging marketing campaigns to recruit international students to study at our college.

The ideal candidate should have an understanding of the international market (preferably the south-east Asian market). Additionally, excellent skills in copywriting, communication, creative flair, and the ability to thrive in a pressured environment, where you will work to tight deadlines in order to achieve the best results are pre-requisites for this role.
Job Description
Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and related content for direct and digital marketing campaigns, and implement B2B and B2C strategies for the South East Asian Market;
• Plan, conduct and organize focus groups for student personas and consumer journey;
• Lead and manage competitor analysis for the institution;
• Counsel on marketing, advertising or sales promotion opportunities and tactics;
• Conduct post campaign analysis to measure and report on marketing and advertising metrics to the management;
• Develop a sound social media and social media influencer strategy by creating viral social media content and engaging with the followers on the social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, and YouTube daily;
• Manage customer reviews and testimonials posted on the social media platforms;
• Produce and create engaging content for websites, videos, blogs and newsletters;
• Organize and facilitate workshops, webinars, meetings, and info sessions to drive recruitment for the South East Asian markets;
• Expand the reach to South East Asian partners by creative marketing promotional tools such as banners, flyers, posters, viewbooks, websites that convert;
• Arrange interviews, news conferences, signing ceremonies and other media and recruitment events;
• Oversee the development of digital assets for emails (staff, faculty, and students), website content, portal updates, and internal communication;
• Manage the institution’s ambassador program and co-op interns;
• Implement global campaigns for lead generation purposes;
• Maintain strong public relations through building a community with students, brand ambassadors, and alumni;
• Conduct social listening and media monitoring of TSoM; and
• Any projects as assigned.


Position Requirements


Education and Experience

• University degree or college diploma in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field or equivalent combination of education and B2B / B2C work experience in Marketing;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a marketing role for a private or public college/university;
• Proven ability to increase social media followers and create viral social media and marketing campaigns;
• Excellent people manager with experience managing large international teams;
• Experience in direct recruitment and building partner relationships.


Knowledge and Skills
• Strong copywriting and verbal communication skills;
• Self-directed and flexible to work well independently and in a team environment;
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Strong Public Relations skills;
• Experience using software and applications such as Hootsuite, Salesforce, Stripo, Convertri, Figma, WordPress, Canva are an advantage;
• Able to design and create artworks;
• Confidence and willingness to participate in marketing content to promote TSoM; and
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro is required;
• Written and Oral Proficiency in other Asian languages, besides English are a strong advantage.
