Job Description
Permanent Full-Time
Wages: $46-50/hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Key responsibilities

• Leading the administrative team navigate workflows and processes associated with the order fulfillment, inventory stock-up and forklift financing
• Managing all aspects of human resources, including hiring, promoting and disciplining as required
• developing, maintaining, verifying and evaluating existing records management systems and ensuring that records are easily accessible when needed
• ensuring that financial, legal or administrative requirements and regulations are complied with within the establishment
• developing, implementing and managing short- and long-term plans which are in alignment with Titan Forklifts goals and strategies
• dealing with enquiries and requests for information from both internal and external clients
• providing training to staff who require access or have responsibility for maintaining records

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering, Accounting or Business Administration is the minimum educational requirement
• 5+ years administrative/operations management experience
• Experience with financing/warranty management preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
• Experience in a Microsoft Office software environment required
• Good interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
