Cozy Corner Motel & Restaurant is currently urgently looking for a Full-time, Permanent-Food Service Helper.

This job requires to work 40 hours/week and the pay rate is $18/hour; overtime is 1.5 times regular rate. 10 days paid vacation annually after worked for one year)

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean, cut, slice, and shred vegetables and meats.
• Prepare meals per customer orders, recipes, manuals, specifications, or charts.
• Clean and organize kitchen per checklists and standards during each shift.
• Take proper care for kitchen tools and equipment; notify the owner manager for repair needs or emergencies.
• Maintain high food quality by striving for high levels of cleanliness, freshness, storage, and sanitation of food products.
• Assist with other restaurant duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

Skills Required and Experience:
• Completion of secondary school or college education.
• Minimum of 1 year of food service related experience is required.
• Passion for the kitchen and for producing quality food and serving customers every day.
• Flexible schedules for opening, closing, evening or weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and hardworking.
