Job Duties:
• Greet Customers and inform them about new trends and current promotional offers
• Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers.
• Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise.
• Sell merchandise to customers.
• Resolve Customer complaints and follow up with them if there is an merchandise specifically ordered as per customer.
• Keep track on the inventory and order merchandise regularly.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports of merchandise sold.
• Manage other workers and their work schedule and look after the hiring and training of new staff.
