Job Description
• Take Customer's orders
• Clean ,peel, trim food stuffs using manual and electric appliances.
• Use deep fryer, oven ,grill and dispensers and other equipment to prepare fast foods items.
• Portion, assemble and wrap food or place it directly on the plate for service to patrons and package out food.
• Use equipments to prepare hot beverages such as tea and coffee specialties.
• Serve customers at counter or buffet tables.
• Stock Refrigerators and Salad Bars and keep records of quantity of foods to be used.
• May receive payments for food items purchased.
