Overview:
Bussers are responsible for facilitating prompt seating and service by bussing tables, assisting servers, running food as needed and assisting in keeping the restaurant clean and guest ready.

Position: Busser

Wage: $12.65/hour

Number of Work Hours: 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Benefit: 14  business days paid vacation, Remuneration 4%.

Qualifications:

·         Friendly and polite, well groomed

·         Well organized and efficient

·         High energy, shows a sense of urgency

·         Able to communicate well with guests, co-workers and the management team

·         Team player, works productively with others

Key Responsibilities:

·         Presents him/herself professionally, e.g. clean clothes, well groomed

·         Busses and resets tables (reset target 3 minutes)

·         Helps keep service stations stocked

·         Runs food if needed

·         Helps maintain cleanliness and safety standards in reception and other areas

·         Assists servers

·         As needed, other duties designated by the management team
