Job Description

Main duties:

- Organize and supervise restaurant operations to ensure high-quality service.

- Prioritizes, schedules, assigns, trains review and evaluates assigned restaurant staff

- Hire new staff and supervise their training.

- Resolves routine problems encountered in performance of work assignment

- Performs other related duties as assigned

- Estimate food quantities required and order food.

- Keep records of inventory and equipment, restocking supplies and arranging equipment maintenance as required.

- Ensure that food safety regulations are respected

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of food service experience, including as supervisor

- Completion of Secondary School

- Friendly and team-oriented person

- English is required
