Its services including: replace missing teeth with dental implants (from start to finish), bridges or dentures; revitalize the strength and beauty of worn or broken down teeth with crowns; remove impacted wisdom teeth with different degree of sedation. The clinic is currently looking for a candidate who can carry out the following duties:     
Job Description
Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures in terms of advertising on Japanese website and Japanese media in Toronto; Prioritize work, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed; Administer and familiarize policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation; Create, establish and manage internal office protocols and procedures to ensure office efficiency; Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as equipment, supplies, forms, parking, maintenance and security services;Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes, as well as maintain the clinic’s general ledger and accounting systems; Implement infection control protocol certification from Toronto Public Health; Certification in dental specific front desk training & treatment planning coordination;Respond to patients' needs and manage billing systems; Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence Chairside dental assisting when needed; Understands dental procedures and can explain to patient; Willingness to work evenings and weekends; May supervise records management and related staff if required.Education credentials: Secondary (High) school diploma is a must, a one- or two-year college program or other specialized courses for secretaries or medical secretaries is preferred Languages: English, fluency in Japanese (Considered a strong asset) Transportation/Travel Information: public transportation is available
