Business Information: We are a newly renovated hotel that offers exceptional service, comfortable accommodations and first-class amenities in High Level. We offer from cozy single rooms to luxurious Jacuzzi suites in order to be suited to all travellers and budgets.

Type of Employment: Full time – Permanent

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible


Job Duties: 

Register arriving guests and assign rooms

Process group arrivals and departures

Take, cancel and change room reservations

Provide information on hotel facilities and services

Process guests’ departures. Calculate charges and receive payments

Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments

Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying)

Handle wake-up calls

Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties

Provide customer service

Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages

Important Information:  Must have flexible availability – morning, evenings, weekends and holidays. Work Schedule will be from either 8.00am to 4.00pm or 4.00pm to 12.00am, 5 days per week
