Salary- $14/hr for 40 hrs a week

Overtime as per BC labor laws

Minimum Education- Completion of high school

Requirements

· Completion of high school

· Completion of a community college course in food service administration/related field OR minimum 2 years of related experience

Skills- Problem solving, working with other

Language- English

Responsibilities-

· Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the staff activities, work schedules and procedures

· Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for food preparation

· Maintain record of stocks, repairs, sales and wastage

· Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

· Train staff in job duties , sanitation and safety procedures

· Attend & resolve customer complaints arising out of food service

· Participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets.
