Job Duties;

- Supervises employees engaged in serving food in and in maintaining cleanliness of food service areas and equipment

- Maintain records of stocks for the free side dishes that easily can be out of stock.

- Assigns and coordinates work of employees to promote efficiency of operations

- Prepare work schedules and evaluates work performance of employees

- Trainings workers in the performance of duties, sanitation and safety procedures
