Shift Supervisor

La Taqueria is looking for an experienced full-time, permanent (40 hr) Shift Supervisor.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule store staff.

·         Taking full responsibility of shift.

·         Estimate, prepare ingredients for daily dishes such as quesadilla, tacos and proper toppings.

·         Maintain stock, food hygiene, sales number of responsible store.

·         Train new team members.

·         Ensure that food and service meet company standard.

·         Plan and create new menu for store.

·         Assist preparing daily promotions.

·         Budgeting and calculating related cost of the store.

And:

·         2+ years of proven relevant work experience in a similar setting

·         Strong interpersonal & relationship skills

·         High school diploma

·         Ability to work on a flexible schedule, Shift work may be required; weekend, nights

Remuneration:

·         $15.5 per/hr + tips

·         2 weeks vacation
