Wesgar Industries Limited. is a supplier of precision sheet metal components and value-added services to customers throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.

We are looking for enthusiastic & reliable individuals to join our production team.

Job title: Grinder/Dresser

Location: 1634 Kebet Way, Port Coquitlam BC, V3C 5W9

Status: Permanent Full Time

Number of vacancies: 2

Shift: Must be willing to work day, afternoon or graveyard

Hourly rate: $17-$24. Wages are dependent on demonstrable skill level & problem-solving ability.

Main duties:

• Grinding and smoothing of sheet metal parts using a variety of tools
• Follow departmental procedures and work instructions
• Set up and operate dressing equipment and tools correctly, identify issues and fix or report them
• Clean work areas and equipment
• Moving of parts (includes heavy lifting)

Qualifications & Skills:

·         1-2 of experience working with power tools, angle grinders, sander drills

·         Previous body work experience will be preferred 

• Ability to read drawings is an asset
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift upto 50 lbs
