Nina Bakery Ltd. o/a Minoo Bakery is famous for having a variety of different loaves of bread, pastries, and other baked goods. We serve two main categories of pastries, which are Dry and Wet (with cream) Pastries. Besides pastries, we sell loaves of bread, cookies, and other baked goods. We are currently hiring 2 Bakers who meet the following requirements to join our team.

Education and Skills Requirement:

- Completion of high school or equivalent

- 1-2 years experience in baking pastries

- Ability to communicate in English

- Fluent in Farsi is an asset

- Able to work according to tight production schedules

Duties and Responsibility:

- Ensure daily bakery is made to high standard in a timely, safe and consistent manner

- Measure, weigh and mix flour and other ingredients

- Prepare dough for loaves of bread, pastries, and sweet goods

- Knead, roll and cut dough into shapes

- Operate machinery, such as the oven, mixer, etc.

- Bake mixed doughs and batters

- Apply and decorate baked goods with icing, Cream, and other toppings

- Assist with stock rotation
