Nina Bakery Ltd. o/a Minoo Bakery
is famous for having a variety of different loaves of bread, pastries, and
other baked goods. We serve two main categories of pastries, which are Dry and
Wet (with cream) Pastries. Besides pastries, we sell loaves of bread, cookies,
and other baked goods. We are currently hiring 2 Bakers who meet the following
requirements to join our team.
Duties and Responsibility:
- Supervise, co-ordinate and
schedule day to day bread production activities of the bakery department
- schedule bread production
effectively and recommend solutions to improve productivity and product quality
- Lead sanitation employees in a
multi shift 24-hour bakery production operation
- Handle daily operations of the
bakery department, including budgeting
- Prepare production and other
reports
- train workers to perform and
follow job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain
records of stock, sales, wastage and resolve customer issues
- Operate cash register
-Inventory
bakery products to prepare for production
- Ensure facility meets all municipal and provincial
waste water regulations.
- Ensure all work areas are clean
and organized and free of spills, water, wood, and debris
- Executes of the sanitation
cleaning plans based on established priorities and sequences for the bakery
facility
- Perform other
duties as required
Education and Skills Requirement:
- Completion of high school or
equivalent
- At least 1-2-years experience in
baking pastries
- Ability to communicate in
English
- Fluent in Farsi is an asset
- Able to work according to tight
production schedules
