BROCO GLASS Company has been B.C.’s trusted glass specialist for over 30 years. The company completes glass repair and replacement centre for auto, commercial and residential needs.

Our company is seeking Glazier Supervisor to conduct all the duties essential to the position. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team.

Job title: Glazier Supervisor

Location: 3-19926 96 AVE -Langley BC V1M 3C2

Status: Permanent Full Time

Number of vacancies: 1

Shift: Regular Day Shifts

Hourly rate: $32 CAD

Main Duties:

·         Supervise and coordinate activities of Glaziers engaged in cutting and installing glass in windows, store fronts, ceilings, etc

·         Train new workers

·         Address the customers’ complaints and resolve customers’ concerns

·         Inspect installed glass to ensure work meets specifications

·         Confer with customers to determine project requirements or to provide cost estimates

·         Establish strategies to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other subcontractors

·         Select the type or color of glass according to specifications

·         Prepare reports and resolve work problems between the workers and recommend measures to improve product quality

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Completion of secondary school
