Salary: $19.23 hourly for 40 hours per week

Qualifications:

- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English is required

- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a related program of 1 year to 2 years is required

- 1 year to less than 2 years of related work experience in the travel industry is required

Job duties:

- Requisition materials and supplies;

- Establish work schedules and procedures for tour guide and operation staff;

- Co-ordinate activities with counterpart in Vancouver office;

- Ensure smooth operation of computer systems and equipment, and arrange for maintenance and repair work;

- Co-ordinate, assign and review work of tour guide and operation staff;

- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies;

- Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports to management
