Job Duties;
Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording and packaging for take-out and dine in plate preparation.
Prepare and Cook foods
Ensure quality of food
Determine size of food proportions
Inspect and clean kitchens and food cabinets
Handle equipment, appliances, small wares, supplies and tools
Adhere to safety procedures and follow sanitation policy
