Mobile Care is currently looking for Retail Store Supervisors (2 vacancies) to join their team at 6455 McLeod Trail SW (Chinook Centre) Calgary, AB T2H 0K8

• Hours: 35 Hours / Week

• Work schedule: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Night

Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ensure conformance of all store operations to all applicable laws and regulations
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of cashiers and store clerks
• Supervise shift operations to provide quality customer service
• Train staff in job duties, assign duties and evaluate performance
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Responsible for balancing cash/credit card reports
• Sell merchandize to customers, authorize returns and exchanges;
• Responsible for purchasing, establishing and maintaining appropriate inventory levels
• Address customer’s complaints and concerns
• Ensure customer satisfaction, resolve customer complaints as well as internal conflict among staff
• Ensure that all activities in the store area are performed accurately and efficiently in accordance with all established policies, procedures, and internal control standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Ability to speak English
• 7 months to less than 1 year
• Ability to supervise 3-4 people

Candidate must be organized, flexible, accurate, portray effective interpersonal skills, have excellent oral communication, be client focus, be a team player and be a reliable person
