Specific Skills:
Be the front line to potential clients of Blackstone homes, Meet sales target every month, educate and inspire potential clients on the Blackstone Homes Difference, Following up with client concerns and questions throughout the entire sale/build cycle, Creating sales actions plans to sell specific inventory, Marketing material preparation and well versed in social media, Research and analyze the competition in the new home sales market, Maintain tidy and clean sales center, Provide ongoing guidance and support to home owners.
