Job Description
Main duties
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate
the operations of a department providing administrative services
- Report and brief management committees by
evaluating
- Plan, administer and control budgets for projects, contracts, and supplies
- Maintain and update company databases
- Manage and instruct staff engaged in
providing records management, finance, or administrative services
- Interview, hire staffs and arrange training
session for staffs
- Co-ordinate
and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations,
equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and
security services
- Assist in preparation of
operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
Qualifications & skills:

Completion of secondary school is required
·
A university degree or college
diploma in business administration is an asset
·
2-3 years of related experience in administrative service
