Job Description

Main duties

  •        Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services
  •          Report and brief management committees by evaluating
  •          Plan, administer and control budgets for  projects, contracts, and supplies
  •          Maintain and update company databases
  •          Manage and instruct staff engaged in providing records management, finance, or administrative services
  •          Interview, hire staffs and arrange training session for staffs
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls

 

Qualifications & skills:


·         Completion of secondary school is required

·          A university degree or college diploma in business administration is an asset

·         2-3 years of related experience in administrative service
