Job Description

Main duties:

  • Act as the financial 'analytical engine' for the company, putting in place systems and processes for financial data governance to ensure the FP&A function is providing value to decision makers in the organization,
  • Turn data into easily understood trends and impacts that can be actioned by the business,
  • Spearhead the execution and integration of financial budgeting, planning and analysis programs and activities within the business,
  • Drive the collection of relevant information for periodic forecast updates, and annual budgets by working closely with the business units, setting targets and timelines, communicating guidelines and producing presentations to senior leaders and the team·        
  • Oversee the flow of cash and financial instruments
  •  Develop and interpret databases and financial models
  • Establish, monitor and achieve company financial goals
  •  Implement report production, productivity and quality standards
  • Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
  • Collect, interpret and review financial information
  • Reporting to management and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
  • Produce financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses and  developing long-term business plans based on these reports
  • Establish  strategies that work to minimize financial risk
  • Analyze market trends and competitor
  • Recruit and train staff related to accounting section, 

Qualifications & skills:

·         Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration

·          3- 5 years of related work experience

·         Effective leadership skills with ability to develop teams and build team capabilities

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills
