Job Description
Under the supervision of the office manager
- Respond to email and telephone inquiries from clients and from our international offices
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Type and proofread correspondences, forms and other documents
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
- Maintain and monitor a manual and computerized information filing system
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials
Fluent English. Must speak at least 2 of the following: French, Hokkien, Tagalog.
Experience in a recruitment or immigration firm an asset.
