Job Description

Must be fluent in English, fast paced environment, standing for long periods, repetitive tasks, work under pressure, attention to detail.  Skills include preparation and cooking of complete meals for members as instructed by chef, maintain inventory and records of food and equipment.  Organize and manage buffets and banquets, manage kitchen operations.  Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerance's.
