Patna Sweets & Chat restaurant is an authentic Indian restaurant looking for experienced Food Service Supervisor, who can supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the day-to-day activities of staff who prepare, and serve food, providing excellence in customer service. 

Job Description

Job Duties:

·        Estimate and order inventory and supplies required for the restaurant

·         Assigns and coordinates work of employees to promote efficiency of operations

·         Maintain records for inventory, repairs, sales and waste

·         Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

·         Prepares work schedules and evaluates work performance of employees

·         Ensure food and service meet quality control standards

·         May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of   policies, procedures and budgets

·         Supervises employees engaged in serving food

·         Ability to meet tight deadlines

Requirements:

·         Language: Basic English is a requirement

·         Education: Completion of High School is required

·         Experience: 7 months to 1 year of experience in food preparation or service are required

Core skills:

·         Able to stand and walk for long periods of time

·         Provide excellent customer service

·         Able to work in a fast-paced environment

       Must be attentive and detail-oriented
