Salary:
$26.00 to $30.00 per hour, 40 hours per week
Benefits:
2 weeks per year after 1 year of full time employment
Other benefits: Extended medical and dental coverage and dental insurance
Duties and responsibilities for this position including but not necessarily limited to the following:
1.
Review damage report
2.
Estimates of repair cost and plan work to be performed
3.
Repair and replace any body components
4.
Hammer and/or massage out dents, buckles and other defects
5.
Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents and
seams
6.
Remove damaged fenders, panels and grills using wrenches and cutting torch and
bolt or weld replacement parts into place
7.
Straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring
equipment
8. Maintain company-provided tools and additional equipment per company standards
Qualifications:
1. Basic English is must.
2. Completion of secondary school is required.
3. Completion of a three- to four-year motor vehicle body repair apprenticeship program or A combination of over three years of work experience in the motor vehicle body repair trade and completion of a high school or college automotive body repair program is required.
