Job Duties
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the gas/grocery attendants while being responsible for running the daily operations of the site including gas station and convenience store
Maintaining sufficient inventory and ordering routine merchandise
Formulate reports regarding merchandising, sales volumes and other matters
Sell merchandise to customers
Resolve customer complaints when needed including authorization of returns
Hire and train or arrange for training staff
Determine staffing requirements and resolve any issues such as work schedule changes, sick call
Skill requirements
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people
Own Tools/Equipment: Internet access, Cellular phone
Security and Safety: Bondable, Criminal record check
Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Own vehicle
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods, Attention to detail, Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding
