Job duties
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Supervise and check assembly of trays, Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, Establish work schedules
Job requirements
Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years
Security and Safety:
Bondable, Criminal record check
Work Site Environment
Noisy, Odours, Wet/damp
Personal Suitability:
Flexibility, Excellent oral communication, Client focus, Team player, Effective interpersonal skills
