Salary: $16.00 hourly for 30 to 44 hours per week

Qualifications:
- Basic communication skill in English is required;
- Completion of secondary (high) school is required;
- 2 years to less than 3 years of work experience as a cook in a restaurant is required
Job duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods with gluten free options or vegan options and always nut free;
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances;
- Cook, prepare, and present appetizers such as Forno Flatbread with Dip, Chicken Noodle Soup and Fresh Herb Salad;
- Cook, prepare, and present flatbread pizzas and pastas using lots of local & organic produce, free range organic meats & Ocean Wise seafood;
- Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies;
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas;
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food;
- Order supplies and equipment;
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers;
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment;
- Clean kitchen and work areas;
- Manage kitchen operations
