Job Title: Food & Beverage Server

Wage: $15.00 per hour

Working Hours:  35-40 hours per week

Job Description

General duties, which will include but not limited to:

-          Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages.

-          Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals and take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.

-          Serve food and beverages.

-          Prepare and serve specialty foods at patrons' tables.

-          Present bill to patrons and accept payments.

-          Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.

-          Perform sensory evaluation of wines.

Qualifications: 

-          Basic English is a must.

-          Completion of secondary school is required.

-          Standing for extended periods, Work under pressure, Fast-paced environment
