Job Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant
- Negotiate arrangements with food suppliers, import arrangements for ingredients and other supplies required
- Organize and direct worker training programs, resolve personnel problem and evaluate employee performance
- Recruitment and monitoring of staff, as well as schedule staff hours and assign duties
- Review menus and analyze recipes to determine labor and overhead costs and assign process to menu items
- Marketing and business promotion
- Maintain budgets and payroll records and review financial transactions
- Record the number, type and cost of items may be unpopular or less profitable
