Job Description
We are looking for an Office Administrative Assistant that will provide day-to-day administrative support to our company.
Skills
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office staff
- Conduct various administrative functions as required including the review of incoming mail and answering telephone calls and emails
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
- Set up and maintain current company filling system for hard and soft copy
- Follow up on documentation with clients or bank office as required
- Assist with new accounts opening procedures
- Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Handle data-entry and updates for internal database
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
