    Job Description

    We are looking for an Office Administrative Assistant that will provide day-to-day administrative support to our company.

    Skills

    • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office staff
    • Conduct various administrative functions as required including the review of incoming mail and answering telephone calls and emails
    • Schedule and confirm appointments
    • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
    • Set up and maintain current company filling system for hard and soft copy
    • Follow up on documentation with clients or bank office as required
    • Assist with new accounts opening procedures
    • Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
    • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
    • Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
    • Handle data-entry and updates for internal database
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
