 Blue water systems LTD. is a well-established business for more than 30 years providing clientele from around the world with quality marine based products. We are capable to product and install all aspects of a clients chosen design with a consulting engineer available on a project by project basis. Currently, we are looking for a manufacturing supervisor who is willing to be a team member to add our team.

Job Description


· Direct activities and flow within assigned areas /departments to include managing the operators, material handlers, inspectors, customer service representatives, schedulers etc,

·  Supervise the training activities of new employees,

·  Ensure that work areas comply with health, safety and environmental standards,

·  Adherence to all internal and external quality standards,

· Communicate with direct reports and management counterparts ,use a forthright, supportive approach,

·  Set the direction relative to manufacturing goals in order to meet production needs and expectations,

·         Review the material position on all open work orders to insure that all material is available to support build schedule and customer requirement,

·         Supervise the Team Leaders,

·         Work with the Operations Manager to execute performance reviews,

·         Monitor day to day staffing assignments,

·         Responsible for understanding and providing input to capacity planning as customer's production demands fluctuates,

·         Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures,

·         Prepare production and other reports,

·         Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting,; developing personal growth opportunities,

·         Resolve work  problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, recommending action to improve productivity and quality,

 

Qualifications & Skills:

·         Completion of secondary school is required,

·         2-3 years related work experience,

·         Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
