We are looking for management level team members to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. The high standards for operational excellence allow to easily plan and execute methods of increasing sales and achieving targeted costs. 

Job Description

What you'll be doing:

 

·        Supervising and co-ordinating activities of staff who prepare and portion food;

·        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies;

·        Ensuring food service and quality control, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage;

·        Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys;

·        Assisting all food service employees and provide necessary training to employees in this connection;

·        Implementing all processes and recommend enhancement of supply ordering functionality and check timeframe and maintain attendance sheet for payroll;

·        Maintaining proper temperature of food line items as per regulatory board and provide efficient serving line for same;

·        Maintaining upkeep of safety and sanitation standard at highest level and ensure compliance with all regulatory boards;

·        Managing all communication and perform troubleshot on various process and initiate in appropriate decision making.

·        Performing regular investigation on regular basis and to oversee transaction to maintain product quality and specification programs; and

·        Managing work and conduct payroll fixation process and prepare product reviews and reports.

 

What we're looking for:

 

  • Post-Secondary college diploma in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline;
  • Minimum two years of experience in food preparation or service are required;
  • Must have effective oral and written communication skills in English;
  • Must be physically able to perform all delegated duties; and
  • Punctuation and Dependability is a must.

 

Compensation: $16-$18 per hour as per experience

 

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

 

Hours of Work: Full Time. Shifts including weekends and holidays.
