Gateway Inn offers clean, comfortable, and affordable rooms in a completely
renovated motel accommodation. Currently, we are looking for a permanent fulltime
Accommodation Services Manager to join us.
Job Duties:
- · Develop and evaluate policies
and procedures for the daily operation, make a daily report and establish work
schedules
- · Ensure the running of
accommodation facilities, including the safety and well-being of guests
- · Control budgets and
finances, manage revenues and expenses and make a record
- · Participate in and assist
related promotional activities or strategies
- · Resolve and deal with guests’
complaints
- · Recruit and manage
employees, supervise training and develop work plan
- · Communicate with front
desk clerks to coordinate and plan the allocation of accommodation
Requirements:
- · A bachelor’s degree or
college diploma is required
- · Minimum of 2 years working
experience in accommodation industry is required
- · Strong communication and
problem-solving skills
- · Leadership ability and
good organizational skills
Work Location: 1500 First Street West, Revelstoke BC V0E 2S0
Wages & Hours: $25/hour 40 hours/week
